User Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the platform:

1. Sign in at chatea.one.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Select Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account, contacts, conversations, messages, and files within 30 days.

You can also request deletion of your data by writing to privacy@chatea.one from the email associated with your account, with the subject "Data deletion". We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you connected your account via Facebook or Instagram and want to delete data obtained through Meta, send your request to privacy@chatea.one or disconnect the channels in Settings → Channels. Access tokens and page data are deleted immediately upon disconnection.

Deleting your account removes: profile data, business settings, contacts, conversations, messages, media files, knowledge base, and access tokens of connected channels. We retain only records we are legally required to keep (e.g., billing records).
